Mission Statement
The purpose of the Hillsborough Advocates For
Improved Transit is to educate the
public as to the value of efficient public transportation
to the City of Tampa and to Hillsborough County.
Further, our mission is to inform our elected
officials of the need for improved transit
in our community, so they will grant a high priority
to the necessary funding of such
important programs.
Through these efforts, we aim to improve the quality
of life for all citizens of
Hillsborough County – both those who use public
transit, and those who do not.
